What is Embroidery?

Embroidery is the process of sewing your digitized design onto merchandise such as hats, shirts, and towels. Once we have your logo or design digitized into an embroidery software format, it can be loaded into our computerized embroidery machines for sewing.

We embroider all of our jobs in-house. Our embroidery is precisely accomplished on our Melco 15-needle Amaya embroidery machines. These amazing machines can embroider your design at a blazing rate of nearly 1500 stitches per minute!

Each piece of merchandise that comes off one of our machines is individually checked for compliance with our quality standards. Our goal is to ensure that your merchandise, all of it, is representative of our highest quality service every time.
